Shipping Policy
PTI will ship your merchandise the day you order it if it is
available. If your merchandise is backordered, PTI will ship it as
soon as it is available. PTI will charge your credit card the day
your order is shipped.
Return Policy
You may return any item you find unsatisfactory to PTI within 30
days of purchase at your own expense for a refund of the purchase
price.
Privacy Policy
PTI respects your privacy. Any information you submit to PTI will
be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third
parties unless you opt for additional contact. PTI may ask you if
you wish to receive information from PTI on various subjects like
new sites and updates to existing sites. PTI may also ask you if
you would like to receive information from some PTI partners on
various subjects. However, the default policy for PTI is to
NOT share your information. So, if you haven't been asked to
opt-in, then we will not share your information.
